A. SHIPPING RATES

International - Courier Shipping

B. SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY

1.1 Available Shippers.
(i) Domestic. All domestic orders will be shipped by Airpak Express or Poslaju or any other shippers as may be decided by Classic Creation from time to time.

(ii) International. All international orders will be shipped by FedEx International or any other shippers as may be decided by Classic Creation.

1.2 Time to Ship.
Classic Creation will not make shipment of package or begin to provide services until full payment for the purchase is received. Classic Creation will deliver package to the shipper within five (5) business days of receiving payment. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship. Additional services such as ring resizing or gem and jewelry reports may delay your order up to seven (7) additional days.

1.3 No Shipping Warranty.
Classic Creation cannot be responsible for delays in shipping. Classic Creation makes no warranty, express or implied, about the ability of any shipping company to deliver any package in a specified amount of time. Any delays in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company.

1.4 No Signature Release.
We will not authorize any shipper to deliver any package without an authorized recipient signature. Accordingly, if you or your designees are unavailable to sign for any package, it will be retained by the shipper for further delivery or follow up by you or your designee. In the event you have a signature release waiver on file with Fedex, Classic Creation will not be held liable for missing or non-delivered package(s).

1.5 Separation of Packages.
We reserve the right to ship  your purchases from a single order in separate packages if the order contained services or if there are applicable size and item number limitations as set forth in this Agreement or imposed by the shipper. Any separately shipped packages may result in additional shipping charges.

1.6 International Shipments.
(i) Customs.
You are solely responsible for all customs fees and duties on your package. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations, and restrictions.

1.7 Charges for Refused and Undeliverable Packages.
(i) Restocking Fee.

(a) Domestic orders that are refused by the customer or are returned to Classic Creation as undeliverable will automatically be assessed a 15% (of purchase cost) as restocking fee.

(b) International orders that are refused by the customers or undeliverable may have customs duties and fees that must be paid in order to have the refused merchandise returned to Classic Creation. In these instances, upon return of the package to Classic Creation, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover any customs and duties incurred. Any cash balances after 25% restocking fee is applied will be refunded to the customer in a timely manner. 

(ii) Returned Surcharge and Re-Delivery Fee

(a) Domestic orders that are refused by the customer or are returned to Classic Creation as undeliverable will automatically be assessed a Returned Surcharge and Re-Delivery Fee of between 100% and 350% of original shipping cost based on the place of re-delivery. This fee is imposed by the courier companies and is beyond the control of Classic Creation.

Customers who had originally qualified for free shipping shall also be assessed the fee for subsequent re-delivery.

To avoid paying the Returned Surcharge and Re-Delivery Fee, it would be in the best interests of our customers to ensure timely receipt of their packages.

(b) International orders that are refused by the customer or are returned to Classic Creation as undeliverable are not available for reshipment.

1.8 Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is shipped, and subject to the shipper's rules and policies, you will receive an email advising you of a Tracking Number of your shipment. You may check the status of your shipment at the shipper's website that will be provided in our email.

1.9 Estimated Delivery Date.
Once Classic Creation delivers your package with a shipper, the shipper provides an estimated delivery date based on the shipping method you selected and other market and environmental factors. 

1.10 Lost Packages.
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Classic Creation within the time period stipulated below. Classic Creation will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages if the customer does not contact Classic Creation within the stipulated time. Please email all claims issues to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. (a) Domestic customers must file a claim within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date of your package.

(b) International customers must file a claim within 96 hours of the estimated delivery date of your package. (It is advisable to check with your local Customs first to find out if your package has been held up for clearance).
